Job Description: We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Full-Time Teller to join our team. As the face of the Credit Union, you’ll deliver exceptional service with professionalism and courtesy. Your role will involve efficiently and accurately handling member transactions while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. – Perform member transactions including loan payments, deposits, and withdrawals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist members with their inquiries regarding recent transactions and services and direct them to appropriate department as needed.
– Ensures that cash drawer balances at close of each business day and all monies are secure in line with established security procedures.
– Assists with managing cash on hand, maintaining inventory of checks, money orders and other negotiable items.
– Assist with phones when needed.
– Performs other related duties as required.
Previous teller experience preferred; however, we will train the right person.
