Complaint Resolution

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND PROCEDURE

If you have a dispute with your financial institution regarding your account, you may contact a Manager or Member Service Representative at Sabattus Regional Credit Union and attempt to resolve the problem directly with the credit union.

If the credit union fails to resolve the problem, write a letter detailing the problem and the resolution you are seeking to:

The Maine Bureau of Financial Institutions will acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly and investigate your claim. You will be informed of the results of the investigation.
