Yesterday, January 2nd, 2019 at about 2:00 pm Sabattus Regional Credit Union’s systems went down due to a connection issue with Spectrum. This outage has not only effected SRCU, but several other credit union’s across Maine. This connection issue has resulted in online and mobile banking being down, a limit on in-person transactions, and limited ATM withdrawal. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. We are doing our best to help serve members in any way that we can. We will let you know as soon as our systems are up and running again. Again, we truly apologize for this inconvenience, but please know that we are doing our best to work with our vendors to get this resolved as soon as possible.
