NOTICE: In accordance with Federal Regulation CC, we need to inform you of our policy regarding your rights to draw funds against deposits you have made to any transaction account at our institution.
YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT:
Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the same business day we receive your deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the same business day. If a hold is placed on your deposit, the first $200 will be made available to you on the next business day. Then the remaining funds will generally be available by the 7th business day after the day of deposit.
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND PROCEDURE
If you have a dispute with your financial institution regarding your account, you may contact a Manager or Member Service Representative at Sabattus Regional Credit Union and attempt to resolve the problem directly with the credit union.
If the credit union fails to resolve the problem, write a letter detailing the problem and the resolution you are seeking to:
