Our Teller-Phone service allows you account access from your touch-tone phone 24-hours a day – 7 days a week. With Teller-Phone you can make transfers from sub-accounts of the same account number, check account balances, confirm deposits, verify cleared checks, make withdrawals by mail and much more.
To help prevent fraud and mistakes, we no longer take call-in transfers over the phone. If you need to access your account and cannot get to our office, then Teller-Phone is right for you. When you sign up for Teller-Phone you will use a secure PIN to access your account from any phone.
If you are interested in Teller-Phone, fill out the Teller-Phone Application, choose your PIN, and return it to the credit union, and in a short-time you will receive your Teller-Phone pocket card. It’s that simple.
