Fraud Alert

A company posing as New Dimensions Financial has been offering share loans. They are sending out e-mails, asking for deposits for the share loan and personal identification information. They are using New Dimensions FCU’s Augusta branch address on the loan note. These communications are fraudulent. Do not provide them with any of your financial information. If you already did, call us at 375-6538.

Recent Card Breach Could Increase Phishing

The recent news on the Global Payments breach may increase the potential of phishing attacks. These attacks could target both, those that have been impacted and those that have not. We ask all members to be aware of any suspicious emails, tect messages and/or phone calls requesting any personal or financial information.

Remember we will never call you to request information on your accounts, we already have all the information we need.

We have learned of an automated scam, notifying our members that their card with us has been blocked and requesting the card information be entered for verification purposes. We will call you personally, if there is a problem with your account. We will not ask you to provide your entire card number. Please do not provide your card or personal information to an automated system!
